skunks, the key here is that GZFX needs money to make sure it can handle all aspects of the Circuit City deal so even the CEO has stated that they have begun to use the SB-2 financing. Now will they need all 2.5 billion shares. I don't know the answer but I assume the worst and then hope we get something better. Now when i first saw the dilution hitting the market after the Circuit City deal was announced i said to myself, " self, 9.9 times out of ten when an OTC company puts out an SB-2 or S8 to sell shares that companies stocks gets decimated". However, as I watched GZFX closely and you can easily see by looking at the chart GZFX has broken that stereotypical pattern and is powering up through the new shares. Thats when I said, self, Circuit City is huge, why would they play with GZFX. GZFX must have shown them that they had the potential to make this work. Add in the consistent rise in share price and strong volume and buying and I knew I had to get in. When it all comes down to it, its dumb luck ahahahah but with close to 12k in paper profit i am a happy camper.
