Well, as far as Val being in a pickle, I don't see it that way. He traded cash for free trading shares. As far as how much cash no body knows but insiders. Val dumped many before this deal was done too so he's done very well. I don't believe for a second he really thinks or thought OTOW would be able to compete. It's all about keeping the printing press legal and grab as much green backs from the street he can.
