Is the pr regarding the license to r-pac?

If it is, it looks like only the EAS was licensed to r-pac, ie: the "1 bit" tags

Furthermore it states:

"This divesture of the manufacturing facility has allowed for the focus of development of building new processes and products to enter into the multi-billion dollar RFID marketplace."

This is the higher tech tracking/inventory control/security RFID tags.
