I use Etrade and it is my only brokerage. I've been meaning to start another, but am a bit lazy as of late. I believe you have to call them too if you want a bid/ask for the greys. I may call in the morning to find out what they have to say.
On another note, you had had a little birdie sing in your ear the last time something happened and that birdie's tune was correct. I was curious if the same birdie has chirped in your direction.
