It doesn't change the state of the company in either direction. More profit and more shares. Neutral stance. Would be positive if the float would got get added but with a rise in as usually comes a rise in float. If the company would just let the trading only dictate the pps, the pps would rise very respectfully but this company is one greedy mofo and don't care about investors.
