My opinion on HBAN is, if you are looking short term (which I would assume you are not since Grandpa gave you the stock) it needs to stay over $7.40. If you are holding for long term, hopefully they will get back to the days they annually raise the dividend or pay a stock split.
As to BBDA, you are listening to the wrong person. You should be reading everything from Olaf and not whip. I've done my own share of research and it looks to me like the CEO isn't at all being straight with the shareholders. It looks to me like the product is actually owned in majority by his private company DLR, and what you shareholders own is distribution rights and all the debt and expenses he can feed you.
If you are, in fact, new to investing, penny stocks are the absolute worst way to start. 99% of the CEO's are scammers, looking for the first opportunity to unload shares then do a reverse split to create more. Your first warning something is up with BBDA is the CEO doesn't feel it's worth his efforts to have the company audited. That's just one of many red flags there.
I've tried the product, it seems to be fine. However, you should be asking yourself why the CEO isn't advertising the product as much as he is the stock symbol. Why he needs a racecar and all the expenses that go with that, when he should be doing proper advertising. Why the product goes into a Walmart, then quickly vanishes again.
You also should ask yourself why whiplash claims to own zero shares, and yet he is consumed with that board.
As a student, especially one of engineering who is supposed to be able to reason through things, these are all questions you should be pondering.
So, I'm assuming, based on your workload, you are a junior? Why did you pick petroleum engineering over other engineering fields?
