pessimistic? how about overly optimistic? Its good to have a balance between the 2 so you can make a rational decision.

Only looking at positives won't get you anywhere same as only looking at negative won't get you anywhere. I am negative on the prospects of more dilution with new shares being authorized which is not a good thing over long term. But at the same time I am bullish on short term prospects mainly because of technical analysis and positive sentiment after recent news.
