- I am from the south but I am not racist (hell I am a minority ) -I do not like to see race used as a publicity stunt by the ACLU, Jesse Jackson,Al Sharpton etc - actually I wish I could send them back in time to the 50s -then they would have a valid complaint - we have a lot of hard working mexicans here that are good people and just want a better life for their families and I am all for it, I would do the same. Once again our government has let us down on this issue and has yet to come up with a resolution that lets illegals become legal - thats all they want - yes there are some bad apples but there are plenty of white bad apples also -



this is a brief overview -it says 1967 but I think the story starts in 1958 - a lot of vintage film footage in the documentary - I am appalled at the mind set of some of these bigots back then - law included
