I've seen no posted facts about the suspension other then the SEC Suspension served up by the SEC themselves. The fact of the suspension itself is one that can not and should not be overlooked.

Also, since KMAG has been quiet regarding the reason for the suspension, I see no real facts posted in their defense. I see conjecture, opinions, and hope, but no facts. In my opinion, basing the KMAG return to Pinksheets on the approval of TRI* to trade is very weak, and is being used as the sole basis for the belief that KMAG will be vindicated.

We shall see. Here is to KMAG continuing to increase in pps while we await the outcome....
