You should revisit the HHSE PR from April 12th, 2012. SEC reporting was first discussed in there. Also, the Hogan/Taylor brandname has been tossed around in HHSE OTC filings for several years. It was in an effort to produce audited financials. It's not merely my opinion or wish.
