With the release of audited financials supposedly upon us, I have a question regarding KMAG and the way revenues are booked.

If KMAG is booking the full amount of the sales revenues through its license to RPac, then what does RPac get through the agreement?

Or is R-Pac booking the sales and revenues and does KMAG simply get paid a royalty?
