lmao. first off, since val doesn't know what specifically "paul" wants how can he enter a bid ? he didn't so i know paul is full of it. i "we" actually talked about the "possible" bid today & we just don't have enough info. so more than reasonable ?
I think you misinterpreted what I meant. I meant that Val offered to make a bid. I let him know that I would meet him and give him the RFP as soon as he could substantiate what he is offering. That was the offer and the counter I was referring to. Sorry you were confused...
So far the MDGC solution is nothing but techno babble. I need to better understand what the technology is before I can determine its usefulness. I am serious about my desire to get a bid if the technology is real. I can even meet him at the building site and go through the plans. My need is pretty straight forward though. I will repeat it again. Appx 40 apartments and 90,000 sq ft of office space. Number of tenants to be determined as the building leases. I require a minimum of 50 by 50 Mbps and hope for more. The two companies I have spoken with thus far were able to give an indication of costs and speed with that little bit of information. This allowed me to make the decision to include them in the RFP...
In my experience this is the way business is conducted...
