There is no question this is going up...question is how much when the BEAC shell is infused with all of Focus Venture business's with merger with Optos....like a said right now their revenues will be over $40 million in 2013 and profitable...and the current valuation is less than $1m...a few weeks of sales... with that said its still a shell to merger is complete...but when merger is complete...a valuation with a mere 1-1 PE ratio, far below the industry standard...is $1.10.
37M x $1.10 = $40.7M .....* float is around 6 million
