very well could be. He didn't go into a lot of detail with me regarding his research. I'm assuming because he's as conservative as he is, he just saw the red-flags that we ALL alread know about, and that was enough for him. I'd hoped he would have digged a bit deeper (and he may have), but my guess is that he looked at it from the 'business' side, and not completely the 'speculative' side.
