Now if I read it right Eric can't do the Edgar filing because of a Fotis problem. Yet as I said earlier this didn't just happen and when Eric was talking about delivering the Edgar filing he knew all about Fotis and what he could and couldn't do. Eric is slicker than owl poop and lied to the shareholders about how the Edgar filing was about to happen and the talk to the SEC and what was needed. All a bunch of crap. I wonder if Eric could tell the truth or if he would even recognize it if he seen it? He definitely has a drawer full of excuses but nothing in the bank with all those alledged profits.

No Edgar, and no audit, same old story. Bet we will be reading about how both are just days away and how the stock is going to sky rocket.
