On "smart" bomb's wonderful precision: aside from the propaganda value of such comments from Rumsfeld, one wonders how he/they know that the bombs won't start fires that will burn out of control in the general confusion, and destroy far more than was intended.

Of course, the fires aren't the bomb's fault. If the Iraqis can't put out their own fires in the middle of a little bombardment knowing that the bombs are so precise, then it's their fault. Another red mark on their competence.
