Again. Is it "speculation" when it is coming out of the mouth of your temporary DM, as well as directly from your Regional Director? Or speculation when the company says in SEC filings that unless specific circumstances align in a specific way, they will be forced into bankruptcy and/or liquidation - and so far such criteria have not been met? At what point is that not fact, as far as we are concerned, as opposed to "speculation"? My Regional Director said "we will be filing bankruptcy - to protect the company. This is a GOOD thing." Word for word, back in January. This wasn't some assumption I or my peers just made.
And let's be straight. PicMe was purchased a couple of years before we ran into financial troubles. It wasn't purchasing PicMe that sent the company spiraling into debt we could not handle . .that came later. PicMe has been on par, profitability wise, with SPS. So if we are talking about viability, I think one of us is looking at a an incorrect set of numbers. I look at the scorecard, Daily Sales report, and weekly and four week sales per hour reports. It seems to me, looking at these reports, PicMe studios are often many of the top performers. For the record, I am an SPS manager, and don't attribute this to brand name or skilled management, but to the fact that SPS hours were cut much earlier, and more drastically than PicMe, as well as the amount of foot traffic.
