Correct me if I'm wrong but the filing says the new conditions require 4 installments of 12500.00 each quarter starting in 2013 hence the late payment reference. The good news is the substantial lowering from 3 million to 50000 plus 6% of profits and the final year of only 200000.00. I'm wondering why this was lowered. Was it due to expectations and is it just more good news to give me a chance to buy more at two cents. CTM - Crying To Myself.
