If it is then this person has no computer or cant read... who on earth would move shares at this level when in two weeks they would receive free trading shares just for having shares now.
How do you hold this for as long as its been since we had any real movement and then sell two weeks before they can get free money... I dont think thats the case... for me its brokers and MM covering some shares that have been loaned out and will have to be accounted for the minute the company calls for a share list (nobo or obo) so they can issue the dividend... and they share list they require from all the brokers...it has to match up with the numbers the TA gives the company... thats my take on it..but hell what do I know, lately not much thats for sure.
