i agree joe. it definitely put a spring back in the step here. not many know about the recent development yet either.
we traded 8.9 million today and we probably have more than 2 pieces of news to look forward to. just don't know what or when.
Hon Judge Jackson could still rule at anytime on a number of motions in the GOOG case and the settlement talks with MSFT may be something for the HJJ to consider that they,( MSFT ) have further proven VRNG's case.
perhaps now he will give us a decision?
