I wasn't posting to you in particular, but it was more of a continuation of your theme. Sorry if you took it that I was dumping on you. There were many here who failed to verify any of the red flags raised, but I remember you as not falling into the delusional category.
Blasutti was after the USA cash. He knew he had nothing to offer in RX, but Pridham sold out shareholders to enrich himself. The amount of compensation they have given themselves both before and after the merger with absolutely horrible leadership and execution is IMO a breach of fiduciary duty.
