both Subscription based services, first off, brings many of the same conscerns, traded with huge interest during dilution, Early promotions were very simular, Business plan was very simular, looking for profitability by calculating the rate of subs increase, and I could go on and on with the financial simularities. You can laugh all you want but this IS relevant. The reasons you say GZFX will fall short existed with this one only worse(and others as well). I am starting to think you are one sided.
