I stated earlier that I don't think GZFX is planning a RS in the near future since they upped their authorized #s. If they can issue more shares now to raise cash why would they need a RS? Only other reason I can think of is to get a price high enough to get onto Amex or Nasdaq. But currently GZFX doesn't meet some of other Nasdaq requirements so RS would give no benefit there. jmho
