Takeover target?

Could this be the catalyst for the price rise? This is all speculation on my part, but I think RIM could be a possibility. That one-trick pony needs to diversify to stay ahead, and Peartree is conveniently located in Waterloo. Anyone else have any ideas?

Imagine, $25 million to buy out a company like this would be just under a buck each for all of us, and is pocket change for these big guys, especially considering at current valuations we're looking at a book value = market value right now and assuming EPS is 1 cent that's 12 to 1 P/E - so a price of a buck wouldn't make GBRT all that overvalued. The fact that it's
tightly held will ensure us the insiders get the best deal possible as well. But given all this, even $10million/40 cents per share is a big $$$ maker and is all the more feasible.
