To say it's not a fake, that would imply that the Nas move up here is not a fake, I would think. If it keeps carving upward, I would expect the market to keep climbing.

Conversely, if the market does display considerable weakness, as should be expected, I'd expect the $18.25 to be a fake also.

IOW, I don't believe INTC can climb (market perform at best) while the market is expected to decline.
