Ds, my guess is that ARCA is still selling SB-2 shares. With all the recent volume they must be close to finishing up IMO. 9.9 out of 10 times on the OTC, when a company puts out an SB-2 or an S8 to sell shares they will sell all of the shares very quickly. Odds are this is what is happening. The good news is that I estimate that ARCA is very close to finishing up.
