Thank you sir you saved me some DD. I knew a settlement had been announced out of court, but was unaware of the details. From a TA perspective it sure looked like a bottom was established today around 18.

I was in at 31.70 months ago on a dip. I work out in the field, so while I was unpleasantly surprised to see it drop like a rock on the unfavorable decision with Cisco, I was glad I had a stop loss set realizing that if they lost that infringement case it would fall so fast that by the time I noticed I would be down bigtime.

I have heard rumor that VHC may appeal the Cisco decision. What do you guys think are the chances of that? I found it strange that while the patents were upheld again they did not find Cisco in breach, and am largely confused by the decision in general.
