IMO>>>Everyone that currently has commons gets 20% of the increasing float, even those that exchanged intellectuals for commons. This looks better than handing 20% to directors in cash or shares or increasing the A/S to compensate directors only. Everyone wins in this "dividend" issuance which is of course a forward split as stated in the PR. Shareholders rejoice!
