still doesn't make sense. first of all it's a 35 to 40% discount and if they converted now but couldn't sell for 2 months the pps could easily drop below their discounted price by then. i'm no professional but it sounds pretty risky. also we've seen the notes convert through the os and seen the same number of shares dumped right away.
