Yes Brian Herzig has a conflict of interest here he says he is the attorney for mineseeker(also the guy who thinks mike can rescind the deal) but was also the guy that was supposed to fund Mineseeker with 100 million dollars from a hedge fund that he could not seem to explain to people with a financial degree in 10 mins. He also gave mike kendrick 400k in a private placement 100k a week for 4 weeks was supposed to be 500k but i guess he ran out of money(thats what mike told me). He want's to suppress your rights as a shareholder of N so he could move forward to get his 400k back... Talk about conflict of interest and disclosure if things ever went to court. The text messages that were sent to me from Mike from Brian about the money seemed to be fake since the phantom 100 million never showed up... But I guess that will all come out in court right???
