As a Common Shareholder, I held up my end. I believed in what Kendrick was saying and I bought shares in both QASP and NHSH based on Kendrick.

The way I see it and many other Common Shareholders see it, is that Kendrick let us down.

As a Common Shareholder of SNTL, I don't want him to have the chance to do it to me or anyone else again. Kendrick has the ability to come in and take money and then walk away. I don't like the idea that a Foreigner thinks he can get away with that in America.
