I think a hundred million may sound right. But, I have no way of knowing for sure. I don't think Kendrick has ever come out and actually said what his business plan is and how much he needs to make it happen.

What I'm looking for though is how much this is going to cost us, the investors of common shares.

I think companies like Seeker Technologies go public so they can sell shares and raise funds.

It just seems like as investors we should know how much money is needed and how many shares need to be sold in order to raise that capital.
