I wish these guys had options...From the "brief" DD that I did yesterday my only concern would be from 10,000 ft up is that they may be putting themselves in a stressful position with their growth story. Looks like things are moving much faster that their CEO can cash manage with. Retail is a very risky business. Especially high end merchandise. Expansion and inventory + cash is a mixture that needs to be watched very closely. Trends change fast...consumer confidence can blow up at the drop of a hat....we have many precarious dynmics in play as we try to get the middle class on its feet and we have so many geo political problems right now with Korea's nuclear volatility. Retail always seems to be the low lying fruit that gets hammered because disposable is the 1st belt tightening done by the consumer. I love this chart..I love the niche..is it sustainable and is the life cycle of the product strong enough over the next 2-3 years and most importantly...is this CEO qualified with past experience with a boutique line of apparel and able to have the collective talent to attend to a good solid growth story that has good cash mngmnt practices????
