.. thanks for coming back again as i forgot to include in my last one that all the users i know mix with
tobacco .. so seems the 'whether or not' is different in different places .. maybe dependent on cost, and/or
levels of nicotine addiction .. i read you give it freely to at least many/most, or all .. don't remember exactly ..
