If Qasp had FINISHED the funding as stated in the deal and paid the balance of the 10 MM to Kendrick it would still be there. imo

But they did not and life goes on, Kedrick did not take your money, it was ole Deano that diluted the crap out of the holders.imo

The NHSH thing is sad, IMO the deal was not completed do to the issues with the shell that did not get disclosed at the signing. imo

I have asked Mike to put out a statement, I hope he does.

Now, when the deal closes and he does get a contract, will that change things?
