In Zeev's Honor, Plan the Trade and Trade the Plan

Okay, all of you that have had these corneal implants. Can you get these implants if you don't have cataracts? I think they'd be a great way to get rid of glasses, but haven't found conclusively yet if you can do it just to correct vision.
