Good question DB. It certainly wasn't me!

That's why I thought maybe Quasar is putting some shares out in order to pay bills. Or, perhaps there are some shares coming off of restriction that were given at a lower price.

Whatever it is, it sure is a lot of them. Almost 2 million so far today.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
