What is your take on the fact that VIX still is about 34 after this big rally? Most of the bear rallies the last few years did not end until VIX dropped below 30. That is a major reason I am leaning to the idea that the next decline will be a retrenchment before a final rally to Dow 9000 or so a few weeks hence.
