I e-mailed my broker stating that I expect to be notified when the info in sent to NTEK to confirm the number of shares I hold (as of last Friday) & my name. All transaction completed on Friday have a 3-busi day wait to be completely settled. But, I just wanted to put them on notice that I MAY be attending the meeting in San Jose and expect their compliance with SEC law in a timely manner...... :)
