I don't have your faith, I think if he don't have to submit audited then he won't, However I hope he does. We need some way of knowing whats going on even if its once a year with audited filings.

As for Katx acquiring another property soon, It still could go either way and just remain a shell. Why keep KATX at all??

Should be audited...Ken doesn't have to, but I trust him as his record for completing audited annuals is perfect.
