thats interesting, hopefully we can use BVIG audited filings to help determin what if anything is going on with KATX. My guess is Ken will still find loopholes to leave out as much as he can and just file what he has to. At least its a start.

Having an audited annual report is better than nothing but alot can happen in the other 3 quarters while we wait.
