Hi Ken,

I am an investor here in Orlando. Recently your name came up as having told another investor that Airtrona's management is diluting shares. This was stated on the ihub message boards. I have noticed a ton of selling over the past few weeks but I had a lot of faith in the company. This last thing has me concerned. No one at Airtrona has answered any of my emails and I simply want to cut my losses with the company if those statements are true.

If it is at all possible, could you please respond to me if you no other reason than to help an investor understand the direction of the company?

KEN'S RESPONSE:

I did speak to an investor but he did not tell the truth as he made false statements and misstated.

I told him that no one is diluting the stock. There is a broker that got shares for taking us public he may be selling but there cannot be many left if any. We are very optimistic that we can get to a dollar pretty fast once he's done. I wish I could by now I would buy as much as I could.

The company is fine as I told this guy. We are continuing to grow and we have some very promising territory negotiations going on in Texas Florida and California
