LOL, I take it you have never run a company before. Just becasue the IRS barks does not mean one has to get bit.

Do some DD DB2, find his company. Look and see what it says.

I would never trust any DD myself from any poster without confirming it myself.

It was taxes, not a jail sentence, not get out jail fine, just simply taxes.

If you have never been through anything like that (audit), The amount of the taxes was much smaller imo, the penilty and intrest would of been about 1/2 imo.
