I called Mr Gay, He explained to me what had happened.

A very large company with over 500 empoyees. We was working over seas when he got notice. Now the company did have an CFO that should of caught it imo.

But it took many years to show the IRS that the amount first claimed was incorrect.

He also told me that it has been paid (as it states on the statement),

I guess one would have to look at the size of the company to see how quickly that could happen. I have a buddy of mine that owns a company has 70 employees and signed with a payroll company to be sure nothing got missed and if it did the payroll company would be responsable. He said before that, it was aweful dealing with the IRS.

The new IRS is much friendlier, right? lol
