I think you have a legitimate point. But my concern is that common shares are wayyy at the bottom and they wont get ANYTHING until everybody higher up is made WHOLE. With this much debt and even with $600 million settlement, clipper revenue and assets being sold, debt still more than outweighs assets and the lenders want their money now. ATP wont make it out of bankruptcy if the creditors/lenders are not satisfied (and common equity holders are the last thing on their mind)

Plus, we are talking about greedy management and creditors who want their MONEY, they don't care about common equity holders. AND if they can cancel common shares and issue new ones for $4/share, more revenue for them (why would they not cancel common shares and issue new ones if it is PROFITABLE?)
