I hadn't thought about it recently, I certainly had expected it early this year and back as early as summer 02, but will the dow make a new high this year?

I think 2400 is possible now before the clock strikes midnight. 150 or so nas points probably will be 750 or so dow points so the answer is no. But, man, its going to be close, imho.
