Where is that mentioned, the last 10QSB does not mention anything about it. Do you have a reference, any idea what is the deal about and what happens to the 40% of ABLE that AAP owns? Also what is happening to the refinery deal they were supposed have. Who owns AAP? (it is private, as far as I understand).
