I thought it might be because the dollar values they were talking is right about where Bizzapps is..as of last year they were doing over a million a year...so now probably close to 2 or 3 ..and then they mentioned with the combined synergies that they could quickly see 500k in annual PROFIT...that makes sense with bizness apps current numbers etc...biznessapps would be the side that makes the apps..and maybe MDM would be like the sales arm with the marketing agreements they have in place...

but that is just one of many options...

just figured i'd throw it out there..it could be completely wrong..lol
