That is exactly right! I completely agree. Dr. Joe Cunning, a coincidence? Oh please, could anyone be so naive? I also think the foreign country is India. I don't see anyone else, do you? And didn't Dr. Fraser recently attend (and was a featured speaker) a conference in India? I have tried all kinds of searches and can't find a thing about it.
