Hey Very, you are so excited about the 10K...well let's do some Accounting 101.
The 10K is nothing but numbers plus narrative about those numbers.
The 10K is filed with the SEC by a corporation that is listed on a public exchange.
The 10K cannot be filed unless it has been audited by an accounting firm that abides to FINRA regulations and is properly certified to do that kind of work.
Before the 10K is filed another earlier filing must take place with the SEC by the listed corporation to provide information on the accounting firm that has been retained to audit the company data. This filing usually takes place months in advance.
In order that any filing with the SEC can take place the listed company must provide an address and other contact information of the Auditors that have been hired to certify the filing data.
At the same time the company must provide the address of its corporate offices along with a telephone number and a contact person.
I think at this point I will take a rest and give you a chance to pick up the phone and call Mr. Han or Mr. Hu to find out at what point he is up to in the filing process.
